Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, also known as the Morale Officer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing workplace culture. You will develop strategies that promote employee engagement, ensure open communication, and assist in organizing workplace events, creating a positive environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate workshops focusing on employee engagement tactics.
• Provide training and guidance to managers on leadership and morale-boosting techniques.
• Monitor the effectiveness of morale programs and suggest adjustments.
• Encourage participation in workplace wellness programs.
• Act as a contact point for employee concerns related to workplace culture.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in HR or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement or human resources
