Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Human Resources Specialist who will take charge of our certification processes, ensuring all requirements are met while maintaining up-to-date records. This role involves collaborating with various departments to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the end-to-end certification process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Regularly update and manage databases to reflect accurate certification statuses.
  • Engage with applicants and provide guidance on the certification process.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze findings related to certification standards.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Design promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing certification programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • HR certification is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in certification management or HR roles
