Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Health Dynamics Research, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical trials while ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and protocols. You'll be responsible for patient recruitment, data collection, and maintaining essential documentation to support our research team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance and participant satisfaction.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and essential study records.
  • Oversee the budgeting and allocation of resources for clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with principal investigators and sponsors on study execution.
  • Report findings and progress to the Director of Clinical Research.
  • Analyze collected data and prepare reports for study evaluation.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss trial progress and address challenges.
  • Assist in recruitment strategies to enhance participant enrollment.
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities meet study requirements.
  • Provide support during data analysis and publication preparation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical research or related field
