Job Description

As a Booth Operator, you will play a crucial role in our events by managing booth setups and providing top-notch assistance to exhibitors and attendees alike. Strong technical skills and an exceptional attitude towards customer service are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with event teams to ensure smooth booth operations.
  • Assist exhibitors with booth-related issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and event coordinators.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly during events.
  • Document and report any equipment issues or damages.
  • Provide feedback for event improvements based on booth operations.
  • Help train new staff on booth management procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in event or booth management
Technical Skills
  • Electrical wiring knowledge
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
  • English: Fluent
