Join us as a Buffing Wheel Former Machine operator, where you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of buffing wheel forming machines in our manufacturing facility. You will also collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues, ensuring our production lines run without a hitch. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate buffing wheel forming machines, ensuring calibration is up to standard.
• Review production schedules to align machine operation with output expectations.
• Troubleshoot and address mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring materials are stocked for production.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster effective communication within the production team to enhance teamwork.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical or vocational training in machining or manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent
