Responsibilities

• Implementing pest management strategies.
• Facilitating the propagation of various plant species.
• Ensuring that all tools and equipment are clean and functional.
• Working with the horticulture team to develop best practices.
• Supporting the organization of nursery operations.
• Assisting in customer interactions during farm sales.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a greenhouse or nursery environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Pruning techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with plant tissue culture: Hands-on experience with advanced propagation techniques.
