Responsibilities

• Helping with daily operations of the worm farm.
• Conducting quality checks on worm castings and ensuring high standards.
• Participating in community outreach and education about sustainable practices.
• Engaging with customers during sales events.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in farming or related fields is preferred.
