Job Description

As a Diversified Crops Farmworker, you will play a critical role in the plantation and harvesting of various crops. Ideal candidates are physically fit, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a team-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Help with planting and harvesting activities across the farm.
• Monitor irrigation systems and assist in maintaining them.
• Provide assistance to the Farm Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Document all work performed and maintain logs as required.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Participate in safety training as required.
• Contribute to maintaining a sustainable farming environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in agriculture or a related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience with sustainable farming practices is an advantage

Languages
