Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery. This includes regular lubrication, inspections, and collaborating with the maintenance team to prevent breakdowns and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lubrication and maintenance of various machinery.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues with equipment.
• Assist in basic repair work under the supervision of senior technicians.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintenance audits.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare maintenance reports for management review.
• Assist in the training of new maintenance staff.
• Keep records of maintenance work performed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Technical certification in machinery maintenance is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing or maintenance role

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of lubrication systems
• Basic computer literacy

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving abilities
• Time management skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with hydraulic systems: Understanding of hydraulic mechanisms heavily used in manufacturing.
