We are seeking a Real Estate Investor to join our team and help us grow our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry and a track record of successfully identifying and acquiring profitable investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct thorough market research.
• Assist in the negotiation of purchase agreements and financing.
• Oversee the execution of property transactions and manage closing processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations on the potential return of investment.
• Formulate and implement asset management strategies for acquired properties.
• Collaborate with external consultants and real estate brokers.
• Establish relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Track and report on investment performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing annual business plans and budgets for real estate investments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
• Master's degree in finance or real estate is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in real estate investment or similar roles
