As a Gutterman, you will be integral to our operations, focusing on the installation and maintenance of gutters to safeguard properties from water damage. Your responsibilities will include measuring, cutting, and aligning gutters accurately, ensuring compliance with safety standards while optimizing functionality. Attention to detail is critical as you will provide exceptional service to our clients, helping them protect their investments.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain various types of gutter systems.
• Perform inspections to assess the condition of existing gutters.
• Train new team members in proper gutter installation techniques.
• Ensure all safety practices are followed on job sites.
• Engage with clients to discuss and resolve service issues.
• Work with construction teams to align gutter installations with general building projects.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional certification in gutter installation

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in gutter installation or construction

Technical Skills

• Blueprint reading

Languages

• English: Fluent
