Job Description

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security protocols to safeguard our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in asset protection and will work closely with store management to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve incidents of theft and breaches meticulously.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
  • Develop training materials and programs for staff regarding asset protection.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of security measures and protocols.
  • Report security incidents with comprehensive documentation.
  • Engage with management to establish a culture of safety and security.
  • Utilize technology such as CCTV to enhance surveillance efforts.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure understanding of security protocols across all levels.
  • Develop and recommend strategies to reduce losses and improve security.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a loss prevention or security management role
