Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and drive growth in the digital marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce management, utilizing analytics and marketing strategies to boost online sales and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with various teams to implement marketing campaigns, optimize product listings, and enhance website performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content for product pages and digital marketing materials.
  • Lead efforts in A/B testing for website features and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot website issues and implement enhancements.
  • Foster relationships with vendors and partners to support e-commerce initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on e-commerce best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Additional certifications in E-commerce or digital marketing are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing online retail operations
