Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Production Manager to oversee the operations of our correctional facility's industrial programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of production management to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee production operations within the facility.
  • Lead daily production meetings and report on progress to higher management.
  • Identify and rectify production challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to uphold product standards.
  • Analyze production processes and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operational.
  • Participate in budgeting and cost management initiatives to optimize expenses.
  • Work closely with HR to recruit and train new team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and production outputs.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
