Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our Milwaukee team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, optimizing processes, and improving operational efficiency to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Support the procurement process by analyzing supplier quotes and performance.
• Facilitate communication between vendors and internal departments to resolve supply chain issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on supply chain metrics for management review.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with supply chain trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's in Logistics is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics

Technical Skills

• Forecasting Tools
• Supply Chain Optimiztion

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with demand planning: Hands-on experience in demand planning techniques and tools.
• Supply Chain Risk Management: Understanding of risk management strategies in supply chain.
