Job Description

The Airbrush Operator will operate and maintain airbrush equipment to apply paint or other finishes to products like vehicles and furniture. Candidates should possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all finishes meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up airbrush stations and prepare materials.
  • Conduct color matching and mixing.
  • Apply finishes consistently to ensure aesthetic quality.
  • Inspect work for defects and rectify issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Contribute to team meetings to discuss production efficiency.
  • Participate in periodic safety and equipment training.
  • Document painting processes and complete production logs.
  • Assist in training new operators on techniques and equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in hazardous materials handling is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in airbrushing or painting roles
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of paint mixing techniques

Languages
