Responsibilities

• Ensure that all loading operations comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on loading equipment.
• Assist in training new employees on loading procedures.
• Coordinate with truck drivers and ship personnel to manage timely loading.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in logistics or material handling

Technical Skills

Advantageous

• Previous experience in railcar loading: Experience specifically related to railcars can be a plus.
