As a Lens Matcher at Leading Optical Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our eyewear products meet the highest standards of quality. Your attention to detail will be key in matching lenses to customer prescriptions and ensuring accuracy in the final product. Responsibilities

• Ensure all lenses meet the highest quality standards before delivery.
• Work on a fast-paced production line while maintaining accuracy.
• Utilize quality control equipment to measure lens specifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members to optimize workflow.
• Identify and report any discrepancies found during the quality check.
• Assist with inventory management and reporting.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on optical equipment as required.
• Lead by example and encourage a culture of safety and quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in optical lens technology is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in optical manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination
• Optical lens measurement tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of lens coatings and treatments: Familiarity with treatments that enhance lens performance.
• Proficiency in inventory management software: Experience managing optical inventory using software tools.
