Job Description

As a Pressers at Innovative Garments Co., you will oversee the pressing of various fabrics and garments before they reach our quality assurance team. Applicants must have experience in garment manufacturing and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Press and finish garments to meet quality standards.
• Utilize industrial sewing and cutting machines effectively.
• Report any quality issues to the production supervisor.
• Work with the design team to understand fabric and garment specifications.
• Document pressing processes and maintain records.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in textiles is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in textile pressing or garment production

Technical Skills

• Fabric handling
• Attention to detail
• Sewing techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with industrial pressing machines: Familiarity with using industrial-grade pressing machines for large volumes.
