As a Lease Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our leasing process, managing all aspects of tenant relationships. We seek a detail-oriented professional skilled in communication and multitasking to ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the leasing cycle from tenant inquiries to lease signing.
  • Conduct property tours and respond to tenant feedback.
  • Facilitate tenant screening and background checks.
  • Negotiate lease agreements ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in marketing and promotion of available properties.
  • Administer lease renewals and terminations effectively.
  • Handle tenant issues, requests, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure timely updates of leasing databases and systems.
  • Work with the property management team for issue resolution.
  • Assist in training new leasing staff as necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Property Management Software Familiarity with software such as Yardi or Rentec Direct.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Strong ability to negotiate leasing terms with tenants.
  • Attention to Detail Keen eye for detail in documents and processes.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Real estate investment knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate investment principles.
  • Skills in digital marketing for property listings: Experience in promoting properties through various digital channels.
