Responsibilities
Oversee the leasing cycle from tenant inquiries to lease signing.
Conduct property tours and respond to tenant feedback.
Facilitate tenant screening and background checks.
Negotiate lease agreements ensuring compliance with regulations.
Assist in marketing and promotion of available properties.
Administer lease renewals and terminations effectively.
Handle tenant issues, requests, and conflict resolution.
Ensure timely updates of leasing databases and systems.
Work with the property management team for issue resolution.
Assist in training new leasing staff as necessary.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Real estate license preferred
Experience
2-3 years of experience in real estate leasing or a related field
