Job Description

As a Trimming Assembler, you will be integral to our production team, responsible for assembling and trimming products using specialized tools and a keen eye for detail. This role requires meeting production quotas while ensuring the highest quality standards are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Execute assembly tasks efficiently following outlined processes.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure product quality.
• Keep workspace organized and free of hazards.
• Track production progress and report discrepancies.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production strategies.
• Assist in maintaining assembly equipment functionality.
• Flexibly adapt to changes in production schedules as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• Experience in specialized assembly environments is a plus

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with specialized trimming tools
• Ability to read technical specifications

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent
