Job Description

As a Tenoner Operator at Woodcraft Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the production of intricate wooden components. This position requires expertise in operating tenoning machines to shape and finish wood parts with precision. You'll work closely with our talented team to ensure the highest quality outputs in our furniture manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain tenoning machines to shape wooden components.
• Prepare and adjust machine settings based on work orders.
• Conduct quality checks on products during the manufacturing process.
• Perform machine troubleshooting and execute minor repairs.
• Work closely with other operators to optimize production flow.
• Follow safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions.
• Maintain logs of production data and materials used.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Assist in the training of less experienced operators.
• Ensure all parts and waste are properly handled and disposed of.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience with tenoning equipment is a plus.
