Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Watch Assembly Instructor! This role involves training new and existing employees in the specialized field of watch assembly. We're looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of assembly procedures and a passion for sharing their expertise with others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions to educate new watch assembly employees on the proper techniques and procedures.
• Demonstrate the correct assembly methods for various watch models.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees during the assembly process.
• Ensure trainees understand and adhere to quality control standards.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with watchmakers to address any technical issues or improvements in the assembly process.
• Assist in the development of training materials and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized training area.
• Adhere to all safety and company policies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Advantageous

• Experience in training or teaching roles: Demonstrated ability to educate others effectively.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles: Understanding of how to implement efficiency in the assembly process.
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards: Understanding of quality standards in manufacturing.
• Experience with automated assembly systems: Knowledge of automated processes in watch assembly.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish): Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
