Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Statement Clerks Supervisor to lead our team responsible for processing financial statements. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial activities while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the statement clerks team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Oversee the accuracy of financial documentation and procedures.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of statement processing workflows.
  • Help in formulating policies that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in training sessions for new hires and continuous staff development.
  • Monitor compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in financial roles
