Responsibilities

• Utilize cutting tools to accurately shape and size candies.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in packaging operations to prepare candies for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in training on new cutting techniques.
• Work with team members to improve efficiency in production.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment.

Requirements

Education

• No formal education required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
