Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls and respond to emails swiftly.
  • Contribute to team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in onboarding new Customer Service Representatives.
  • Engage in team meetings to share experiences and insights.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • Proven customer service experience of at least 1-2 years
