Job Description

The Garment Sorter is accountable for sorting and classifying garments based on various criteria such as type, size, color, and fabric content. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations in our fast-paced environment while meeting productivity targets and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Classify and sort garments based on specified criteria.
• Use relevant machinery effectively to streamline the sorting process.
• Check for garment quality and readiness for sorting.
• Take action to remove any defective items from the line.
• Prepare sorted garments for the next stage of the distribution process.
• Ensure cleanliness and order in the sorting area.
• Meet and exceed established productivity metrics.
• Support other team members and contribute to team success.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience required, but experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.

Languages
