Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker specializing in machinery, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and operation of our equipment. This crucial role demands not only technical skills but also attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate machinery performance and recommend improvements.
• Monitor supply levels of maintenance materials and order supplies as necessary.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to safety improvements.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in machinery maintenance or manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Electrical troubleshooting
• Machine operation

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Six Sigma certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of CNC machinery: Experience working with CNC machines is a plus.
• Experience with industrial robotics: Familiarity with robotic systems in a manufacturing context.
