Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Track and report on employee relations metrics.
  • Create reports on labor relations trends and concerns.
  • Facilitate workshops aimed at improving employee relations.
  • Collaborate with legal teams for labor law compliance matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Certification from a recognized HR body preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years in HR or labor relations
