Responsibilities
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data.
Provide regular status updates to departmental heads regarding candidate progress.
Develop relationships with universities and professional organizations to promote open positions.
Host job fairs and recruitment events to attract candidates.
Evaluate and improve recruitment processes based on feedback and analytics.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Experience
4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech or finance sectors
