Usability Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Usability Engineer to enhance the usability of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and designing user personas and scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Create and present usability test reports to stakeholders, including findings and design recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product vision.
• Identify and analyze user feedback trends to inform product decisions.
• Develop usability metrics and KPIs to track product performance.
• Mentor junior team members on usability best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Master’s degree in related fields is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with a focus on usability and user experience design

Technical Skills

• Accessibility Design
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate
• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
