Electromechanical Equipment Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Equipment Assembler to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing organ consoles to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards. This hands-on role requires a keen attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical diagrams to execute assembly.
• Conduct final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery as needed for assembly.
• Participate in team discussions to improve assembly techniques.
• Stay updated on new assembly tools and technologies.
• Assist with training new team members in assembly procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in electronics or related field

Experience

• Preferred experience with musical instrument assembly.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of quality control principles
• Ability to read technical drawings

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Soldering experience: Experience with soldering techniques for electronic components.
• Familiarity with testing equipment: Knowledge of using multimeters and other testing tools.
