As a Brickmason or Blockmason, you will play a vital role in constructing and installing block and plaster walls, ensuring high-quality finishes while adhering to safety standards. We are looking for skilled professionals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to building codes and safety regulations.
• Measure and cut blocks/materials accurately.
• Train junior workers in masonry techniques.
• Participate in project planning and scheduling discussions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in masonry or construction

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in masonry or a related field

Technical Skills

• Blueprint reading
• Physical strength

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual skills: Ability to communicate in Spanish or French is a plus.
• First aid and CPR certifications: Advanced training in emergency response is highly valued.
