Job Description

As a Website Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining our company website. The right candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, coupled with strong technical skills in web development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee website design and functionality, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve site visibility and ranking.
  • Conduct A/B testing and user feedback assessments for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to implement new features.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and create reports for stakeholders.
  • Work with marketing to align website content with promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for website updates.
  • Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards.
  • Engage with customers via online feedback forms to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Train team members on best practices for website usage and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or similar field
  • Preferred Master’s in Marketing or related discipline
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing websites and leading projects
Technical Skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

Languages
