We are seeking a passionate Environmental Engineer to join our San Diego team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that address environmental challenges. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and innovative thinking to contribute to projects that make a real difference in sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the environmental aspects of new projects and their potential impacts.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams in sustainability initiatives.
• Develop and oversee environmental management plans for various projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure project compliance with environmental standards.
• Conduct fieldwork and data collection for environmental monitoring.
• Analyze and interpret environmental data for reporting and decision-making.
• Participate in the development of environmental policies and regulations.
• Review and edit project documentation for clarity and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in environmental consulting or engineering
