Job Description

As a Mechanical Engineer in our Detroit office, you will contribute to key projects by applying your expertise in mechanical design and analysis. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions from concept to reality.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze mechanical components and systems.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate designs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure designs are feasible.
• Review and improve existing mechanical systems for efficiency and reliability.
• Document design results and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to project teams as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering
