Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented New Client Banking Services Clerk to join our Client Onboarding team. This role involves providing exceptional banking services to new clients, including assisting with account setup, processing documentation, and responding to client inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of banking procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Process new client account applications, ensuring completeness of documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence and KYC procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to gather necessary information from clients.
  • Assist with client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Engage in continuous learning and adopt best practices in client service.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in financial services are preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred
