Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients in Indianapolis. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. You will assist customers with their inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer requests efficiently.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
  • Monitor and report on service level metrics.
  • Provide training and support to new team members.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and policies.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss service enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
