Job Description

We are seeking skilled Grinding and Polishing Workers to join our finishing team. Your role will involve sanding, polishing, and preparing wood surfaces for finishing, ensuring exceptional quality in our projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety protocols are followed while operating sanding tools.
• Conduct regular maintenance on sanding and polishing equipment.
• Evaluate finished wood products for consistency and quality.
• Assist in training new workers on proper sanding techniques.
• Work closely with other team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Document work completed and report any issues to management.
• Help with inventory control for sanding materials and tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the finishing team to achieve desired project results.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in woodworking or related field is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience with automated sanding equipment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Experience with sanding machines
• Basic knowledge of finishing techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
