Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of new beverage concepts based on market trends.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the production area.
• Analyze production reports and propose efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials.
• Train new staff on production processes and safety protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of managerial experience in beverage production
