Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Injection Operators to join our team. In this role, you'll operate advanced injection molding machines, monitoring settings and procedures to produce high-quality plastic products. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be key in maintaining our production excellence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
• Load raw materials into machines for production tasks.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for machine repairs.
• Monitor production for consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure adequate supply of materials for uninterrupted production.
• Prepare reports on production metrics for management review.
• Adhere to industry safety standards and regulations.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and issues.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished products.
• Participate in training sessions for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in Plastics Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a production environment, specifically in injection molding

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Additional training in plastic processing: Formal training or certifications in plastic materials and processing.
