This role will require you to operate blasting machines effectively, removing contaminants like rust and oil from various metal surfaces, ensuring they are primed for painting or coating. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blasting machines in compliance with company standards.
• Assess blasting outcomes and make adjustments to ensure quality results.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures during blasting operations.
• Support colleagues with other aspects of the metal fabrication processes.
• Document blasting activities and materials used.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment is preferred.
