As a Skin Former, you will play a crucial role in the beauty product development process by crafting high-quality, visually appealing skins. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that our products not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present skin design concepts based on market trends
• Collaborate with the R&D team to refine product formulations
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new skin designs
• Deliver skins that align with branding and target audience
• Utilize graphic design software for skin creation
• Implement feedback from clients and stakeholders into designs
• Assist in training junior designers on skin design techniques
• Maintain current design portfolio reflecting all completed projects
• Explore new design techniques and tools to improve workflow
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within specified deadlines

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in skin design for beauty products

Technical Skills

• Figma

Languages
