Teaching Assistant (TA)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to aid in the educational development of students. You will assist in creating a safe learning environment, offer targeted support to learners, and help manage classroom dynamics to promote effective learning.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate small group or one-on-one tutoring sessions.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing student performance.
• Help create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment.
• Implement educational games and activities to enhance learning.
• Engage with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Special Education certification is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a teaching assistant role or similar.

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
