Job Description

As a Chair Frame Builder, you will play a crucial role in our production team, crafting high-quality chair frames using various tools and materials. You'll collaborate closely with our designers and engineers to ensure every chair frame meets design specifications and maintains structural integrity.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Select appropriate materials for chair frames.
• Measure and cut materials accurately.
• Assemble chair frames using various tools and equipment.
• Verify the quality of finished frames.
• Make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in custom furniture manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in custom furniture manufacturing is a plus.

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation
• Knowledge of Upholstery Techniques

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Effective Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to Read Complex Blueprints: Experience with interpreting advanced technical drawings.
• Upholstery Skills: Knowledge or experience in upholstery work is highly advantageous.
