Job Description

The Machine Feeder and Offbearer will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by operating drilling and deburring machines. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the reflectors produced and collaborating with your team to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery for drilling and deburring reflectors with precision.
• Inspect finished components for defects using measurement instruments.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure standards are met.
• Keep detailed logs of production and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with team members for efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards at all times.
• Implement suggestions for process improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• CNC Machinery
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Measurement Tools

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Dependability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Quality Control Software: Experience with software for tracking production metrics.
• Previous Experience in a Manufacturing Setting: Experience in a similar manufacturing environment is an advantage.
