Job Description

We seek a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our Portland team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience by designing intuitive interfaces and engaging user flows. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creating visually appealing designs that solve user problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex ideas into simple user-friendly designs.
• Lead design workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.
• Create responsive designs that work effectively across various devices.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Document design processes and rationale for future reference.
• Mentor junior designers to foster a supportive design culture.
• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or relevant field
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in user interface design

Technical Skills

• InVision
• User Research Techniques

Certifications

• UX Certified by Nielsen Norman Group
• Certified Interaction Designer (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent
