Responsibilities

• Lead the design phase for multiple projects, providing innovative concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports for consideration.
• Collaborate with clients on project requirements and expectations.
• Maintain effective project communication with all parties involved.
• Ensure sustainable practices are integrated into the design processes.
• Review project progress, making adjustments based on feedback and site conditions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• Architect Registration Examination (ARE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
