Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Soldering Machine Setter to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring top-quality soldering of electronic components. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a meticulous eye for detail, responsible for setting up and operating soldering machines, and performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and fine-tune soldering machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Supervise production lines to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Perform inspections on soldered components to guarantee quality.
• Handle machine troubleshooting for quick resolutions.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of production activities.
• Work closely with quality control teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity.
• Assist in forecasting material needs for soldering operations.
• Perform basic data entry tasks related to production reports.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in soldering is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing

Certifications

• IPC-A-610 Certification

Languages
