Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate General and Operations Manager who is skilled in managing office dynamics and enhancing operational workflows. This role demands sharp communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline office operations for optimal productivity.
  • Manage budget allocation for supplies and departmental expenses.
  • Plan and facilitate office meetings, events, and staff training.
  • Ensure IT systems are up to date and functional.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Foster collaboration among departments to achieve set goals.
  • Supervise daily administrative functions and staff performance.
  • Review and improve existing office procedures regularly.
  • Build relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Create reports on office performance and project updates for upper management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in operational management or office management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
